I've chosen not to take insurance to ensure the confidentiality of your health information. Insurance requires a diagnosis, which may not align with your personal growth goals. Additionally, their session time limits can pose challenges for EMDR intensives. Many clients find that paying directly enhances the value of their time. However, I'm happy to provide you with a documentation (superbill) for submission to your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
If you need more information on this option, please refer to to file Out-of-Network Benefits
Made Simple at the end of this page.
I provide a sliding scale option when applicable, aiming to lower the cost of therapy for individuals who require financial assistance. Please reach out for additional questions about this option to see how we can work within your budget.
The length of EMDR therapy is not fixed; it varies based on individual needs and experiences. I would plan for several sessions at a minimum.
Of course! I provide complimentary 15-minute phone consultations. Feel free to email me, and we can coordinate a time to connect.
I currently provide in-person sessions for individuals within driving distance.
I primarily cater to the Greater Atlanta Area, encompassing Buford, Sugar Hill, Gainesville, Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek.
I only see adults over the age of 18 at this time.
Unfortunately, I am unable to serve anyone outside of Georgia at this time.
The first meeting will be an initial assessment where we'll chat about your history and treatment needs. In this session, you'll get a feel for how therapy operates, go over office rules, privacy, and confidentiality, and decide if you're comfortable working with me.
